RAVES uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to assist customers in uncovering insights, answering business-related questions, and suggesting actions across workforce, operational, and financial workflows.

RAVES Intelligence

RAVES Intelligence (“RI”) is RAVES AI-powered module that enables users to ask business-related questions and receive data-driven insights within the RAVES platform.

Examples include:

Whose timesheets are pending this week?
How many invoices are overdue?
What expenses remain unapproved?

RI generates responses based solely on data available within the RAVES system and accessible under the customer’s assigned permissions.

Role-Based Access & Data Controls

Responses vary based on the user’s role and authorized access.
Users receive insights only from data they are permitted to view.
RI does not override, bypass, or expand existing permission structures.

All AI-generated outputs are constrained by the same security and access governance controls applicable to the RAVES platform.

AI Agents Within the RI Framework

RI includes specialized AI agents designed to support distinct operational functions.

Domain-specific AI agents may be introduced over time. Availability, scope, and functionality may vary by subscription level.

Privacy & Data Protection

RAVES Intelligence is trained and operated using:

Proprietary synthetic data
System-generated operational data
Privacy-protected customer environments
Secure processing infrastructure

Customer data is not made available to publicly accessible AI models.

AI processing occurs within RAVES platform and is subject to applicable security controls and safeguards. Limited, de-identified, or sanitized data may be used to improve system performance and quality, consistent with RAVES Privacy Statement, available athttps://raves.ai/privacy-legal.

To the extent RI generates text, analyses, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs based on customer data or inputs, ownership of the same will be governed by the applicable customer agreement or in accordance with RAVES Terms of Use.

Responsible AI

RAVES Intelligence is designed to:

Protect customer data and confidentiality
Enforce user permissions and tenant boundaries
Provide traceable and auditable outputs where feasible
Support appropriate human oversight; and
Improve through monitoring and testing.

RAVES may, but is not obligated to, conduct human review of AI-generated outputs for quality assurance, model validation, and system improvement purposes, subject to applicable confidentiality safeguards.

Your Control

AI tools are intended to assist with work, but users remain in control and are ultimately responsible for any decisions made.

Customers remain responsible for:

Reviewing and validating AI-generated content
Approving recommendations before implementation
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Exercising independent professional judgment

RAVES does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, compliance, or financial advisory services through its AI functionality.

Important Use Guidance

Customers should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs, especially for:

Tax calculations or advice
Payroll compliance decisions
Regulatory filings

Outputs should be independently verified before being relied upon.

May have limited functionality
May not be covered by standard service levels
